Rachel Jeffrey Jewellery School A partial refund may be made, only if your place can be filled, minus a £10 admin fee. The course you book onto is non transferable unless your place on that day can be filled. Lessons missed cannot be rescheduled, unless we have had cause to re-arrange a lesson. We need a minimum of eight participants (term course) and four participants (day course) for it to run. If a course has not recruited sufficient numbers one week before it is due to run we will telephone to let you know that we have to cancel. You will always be offered an alternative date. Please note that day classes fill up quickly so please book early to avoid disappointment. Occasionally we may have to cancel the course. We always hope to run our courses as advertised. If due to circumstances beyond our control a tutor is unavailable, we reserve the right to either substitute a new tutor or cancel at short notice. If we have to cancel, we will offer you an alternative date, however we cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses you may lose as a consequence. We unfortunately are not wheelchair accessible and students with disabilities should enquire about the suitability of the courses prior to attending. Please also note with day courses we reserve the right to advise which designs are achievable within the given time frame. Material costs are additional. Silver stocks maybe limited due to availability of supply, so we reserve the right to substitute where necessary. |
